REV. (Hon.) NAGOMBE COMPLETES HIS CAMPAIGN TOUR TO NGADA COMMUNITIES
Rev. (Hon.) Nagombe Joseph Titus, the coordinator NGADA Special Development Area has continued and completed his campaign tour for the reelection of DDI/Manu and all the candidates of the People Democratic Party (PDP) to communities in the development area. The coordinator, was accompanied by Some of his Special advisers and some Senior Special Assistant to the governor from NGADA area.
It could be recalled that, last month, Nagombe alongside his deputy and a host of his cabinet, started the campaign rally as he reached many communities in NGADA area to canvass for the people votes and support for election of all candidates of the PDP. He denied all odds despite the terrain of the hinterland (NGADA) to visit all the communities.
In his speech during the campaign tour, Nagombe sensitized the people on the need to vote in the candidates of the PDP to power at all levels; beginning from president, Governor, Senate, Rep., and state house of Assembly members. He maintained that the APC has failed to provide Nigeria with the change they promised but rather changed all the promises they made. He added that APC has plunged the country into hunger, poverty, unemployment, killings etc. He said the only way to get Nigeria out of this mess was to vote out the APC and vote in the PDP.
The coordinator who continued with his campaign visit to Gashaka and Donga areas that are carved into NGADA, listed the PDP candidates as follows: President: Atiku Abubakar, Governor: Darius Dickson Ishaku, Senate (central zone): Dahiru Bako, Rep.: David Fuoh and Gashaka state house of Assembly member: Mohammed Gayam. In Donga area: Senate (Southern zone): Emmanuel Bwacha, Rep.: Rimam Shawulu and Donga state house of Assembly: Douglas Yahaya Ndase
Rev. Nagombe stated that the NGADA people were once hopeless and without benefiting anything from the government but as he was speaking government has stepped into the land and the people could testify that it was through the benevolent action of governor Darius, the architect of the Rescue Mission that NGADA came to be recognized and created as a development area. He added that this notable act of the governor has to be reciprocated especially by given him massive votes to bring him back to power in order for him to continue with his good works. He listed some benefits the area has gained just within period the development area was created and urged all the eligible voters to come out en mass during the election to cast their votes for the Governor and other candidates of the PDP. The people at all the places Nagombe visited agreed with him and promised to vote for the PDP at all levels.
On a sad note, Nagombe and other NGADA management staff paid their last respect as late: John Maikidi Tafarki, the Director of school services (DSS) NGADA SDA corpse was laid to the mother earth today at Marraraba town of Donga LGA. In his short tribute, the coordinator eulogized some of the deceased virtues and urged others to emulate same.
On his part, the Kum Ndola NGADA, HRH. Benjamin D. Mai’angwa, called on the family to look unto God at such a trying moment and called on the peaceful coexistence of the people among themselves in the society.
